What happens if I sell the property?
If you have single policy insurance you will need to contact your insurer in order to cancel cover from the date of sale.

If you have a Portfolio insurance policy, all you need to do is contact the insurance team on 01926 439490 and ask that they remove the property from your portfolio from the date of sale. For all other insurance types, you will not need to do anything, as the insurance will cease automatically once the Paragon mortgage is redeemed.
